All platform software, designs, and technology are the property of CashCast AI. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of outputs generated by the platform. All decisions made using platform outputs remain your sole responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, CashCast AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or for operational reasons, with or without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
